I was walking thru Neiman Marcus today and couldn’t help but notice all the sleeveless coats for sale (you: you mean vests?!?). Well, sort of, but these are more outerwear-like than vests. Think: double breasted, very heavy weight, buttons and toggles, and materials that you wouldn’t typically craft a vest out of.  The ones I saw were by Theory, Vince, and Joie, to name a few. Below are some I found to fit every gal’s budget. And on the blog tomorrow: Arm warmers!
