If you aren’t in St. Louis right now, you might be enjoying summer in Bermuda shorts or say, a lightweight tunic. But here, where it’s been a heat index of 100+ for days and with air so thick you could swim thru it, dressing needs to be practical. Most days you’ll find me in a bathing suit, but last weekend when we were out of town celebrating a friend’s birthday, I tried to stay cool in this linen maxi dress. It sort of worked, but don’t get too close or you’ll see the sweat beading on my upper lip.
p.s. my acetate mirror sunnies are $12 and get more compliments than any other sunglasses I own. Go figure.
